Order Cancellations

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you as a customer have the right to cancel any order for goods starting the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period begins the moment you receive the last items on an order.

Once you have notified us regarding an order cancellation you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to our warehouse at your own cost.


You should receive a refund confirmation within 14 days of eeziflo-fittings.com Ltd. receiving the goods back to the warehouse in A1 saleable condition. Non-saleable condition includes items that are cracked, dented, scratched, or showing signs of any form of adhesive or tape etc. have being applied. Non-saleable items will be excluded from refunds, we will inform you, should we chose not to refund a particular product/s.

Order cancellations prior to delivery despatch

In the event an order is cancelled prior to despatch, the customer will be entitled to full refund including both the stated cost for goods and stated cost for delivery.

Order cancellations after delivery despatch

In the event an order is cancelled after despatch, the customer will be entitled to partial refund including the stated cost for goods however excludes any stated cost for delivery.


Please note that eeziflo-fittings.com Ltd. will not accept the return of any pipe, not limited to standard, material, or length, to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for opened or damaged packs of: Cement, cleaning fluids, any Chemicals, and or any customised, personalised, or bespoke products.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please note that if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are requested to contact us within 24hrs of delivery.

Please include photos of relevant damage etc. This will provide us with a good idea of what may have occurred in transport.

Exchange of Goods

eeziflo does not accept full or part exchanges of goods shipped to customers.

Return of Goods

If you wish to return goods to us, please request a Goods Return Note, which must accompany the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Following receipt of the return, we will carry out an inspection of all items.

eeziflo will only refund items that are in Grade A resalable condition. If goods are returned to us and are not in their original condition (excluding returns for reported damaged goods) the item will not be refunded.

We regret that we will be unable to process returns or issue a refund for any item that is sent back to us without a Goods Return Note.

Carriage on Returns

Please note the buyer is responsible for return carriage costs for 'change of mind' orders. Additionally, eeziflo cannot process a refund for the initial delivery cost once the delivery has been made.

All refund / exchange information listed above does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty Information

All of our products are issued with a twelve-month warranty. Should any of your goods become faulty within twelve months of delivery date then please inform us via email via our contact form explaining the nature of the fault.

We regret that we will be unable to process returns for goods that are faulty after the twelve-month warranty period has expired.

Pricing and Availability Information

Product prices and goods are subject to availability with all prices exclusive of VAT where appropriate. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any goods we will inform you as soon as possible with a refund offered including for any carriage charges where applicable.
