If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or part of your order is missing, please notify our customer service team via our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Our team will then correct the problem as soon as possible.

If you wish to return goods to us you must request a Goods Return Note, which must accompany the item(s) back to our warehouse. Following receipt and inspection of any returned item(s) we can then process an exchange of goods or refund the product(s) accordingly. We regret that we will be unable to process returns or issue a refund for any item that is sent back to us without a Goods Return Note.

Whilst in your care, goods are deemed as your responsibility. If you lose, or give away any item or product, no replacement or refund will be provided.

All of our products are issued with a twelve month warranty. Should any of your goods become faulty within twelve months of delivery date then please inform us via email via our contact form explaining the nature of the fault. We regret that we will be unable to process returns for goods that are faulty after the twelve month warranty period has expired.

If you wish to make a change of mind return you must inform us within 14 days from the date of goods delivery. We cannot accept change of mind goods that are returned past this time. Please note you are responsible for the return carriage costs for change of mind items and we cannot process a refund for the initial delivery cost once the delivery has been made. We can only process change of mind returns for certain orders and customers. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for opened or damaged packs of cement, cleaning fluids, and other chemicals, as well as pipe cut to specific customer requirements, and any customised, personalised, or bespoke products.

We can only accept none faulty goods back to be returned for exchange or refund providing that they are in their original, salable condition. If goods are returned to us and are not in their original condition with undamaged packaging following an inspection of the returned items, we reserve the right to implement a restocking charge.

Product prices and goods are subject to availability with all prices exclusive of VAT where appropriate. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any goods we will inform you as soon as possible with a refund offered including for any carriage charges where applicable.

Refunds for any returns can in some instances take up to two weeks. However this will usually only take around 5-10 days to appear in most bank accounts.
