Return of Orders
Please note that if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are requested to contact us within 24hrs of delivery. Failure to report any problems within this time-frame will result in eeziflo being unable to accept any returns.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Our team will always be happy to correct any problem as soon as possible however if you’d like to return damaged goods please report the damage within 24hrs and send any images of damage etc. This will provide us with a good idea of what may have occurred in despatch transport.
Exchange of Goods
Eeziflo does not accept part exchanges of goods shipped to customers.
Return of Goods
If you wish to return goods to us you must request a Goods Return Note, which must accompany the item(s) back to our warehouse.
Following receipt of the return, we will carry out an inspection of all items. Eeziflo will only refund items that are in Grade A resale condition. If goods are returned to us and are not in their original condition (excluding returns for reported damaged goods) with undamaged packaging, we reserve the right to implement a 25% restocking charge.
We regret that we will be unable to process returns or issue a refund for any item that is sent back to us without a Goods Return Note.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for opened or damaged packs of: Cement, cleaning fluids, any chemicals, as well as pipe cut to specific customer requirements, and or any customised, personalised, or bespoke products.
Refunds usually only take around 5-10 days to appear in most bank accounts however in the unfortunate event this takes longer we request the customers understanding.
Carriage on Returns
Please note the buyer is responsible for return carriage costs for change of mind orders. Additionally, eeziflo cannot process a refund for the initial delivery cost once the delivery has been made.

All of our products are issued with a twelve-month warranty. Should any of your goods become faulty within twelve months of delivery date then please inform us via email via our contact form explaining the nature of the fault.
We regret that we will be unable to process returns for goods that are faulty after the twelve-month warranty period has expired.
Pricing and Availability Information
Product prices and goods are subject to availability with all prices exclusive of VAT where appropriate. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any goods we will inform you as soon as possible with a refund offered including for any carriage charges where applicable.
